Preventive measures at the airport
Dear passengers,
If you are preparing to arrive at our airport and the airline has confirmed your flight, please follow the recommendations on preventing the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We want you to feel safe at the Airport Constantine the Great Nis and that is why we have activated certain preventive measures, according to the recommendations of the competent state authorities.
Please follow the instructions provided via posters, stickers, video instructions and other informational announcements.
When arriving at the passenger terminal, please use a protective mask which you will use all the time during your stay in the terminal, so that the mask covers both nose and mouth and adheres to the face.
The body temperature of all passengers will be measured via thermal imaging cameras when entering the airport building. If the passenger’s body temperature is measured ≥ 37 °C, the border sanitary inspection will take over the further procedure with the passenger.
Everyone who welcomes or accompanies passengers will not be allowed to enter the airport building. The exceptions are the categories of passengers who need an escort.
Please respect the recommended physical distance and defined and marked corridors for passenger movement.
We recommend to all passengers who are able to use the option of online check-in. In this way, we reduce the risk of creating crowds in front of the check-in counters. We also recommend contactless payment for services in the passenger terminal building, using payment cards, instead of cash.
Plan your arrival at the airport at least three hours before your flight, so that you have enough time to go through all the prescribed airport procedures related to passenger service. After screening at the entrance to the gate, please respect the social distance during your stay at the gate.
